I have fungal infection for 3 years and i’ve seen many dermatology in chicago. Nothing is working for me. I’ve tried homeopathic medicines, bosley hair care systems, ketoconzale shampoos, TimB solutions, clear scalp therapy products but nothing is working. I do NOT want to do hair transplant, so would you help me or suggest anything that would help me get my hair back. I’m loosing too much hair, I’m gettting hair thinning, and some bold spots where hair can’t come and i’m a female so i really need my hair. PLS help me.
Dear Hyderabad,
Without seeing a picture it is hard to say, but if the dermatologist did a biopsy then that would pretty much tell you what is the problem. If you have not had a biopsy then I would get one as there are other causes to hair loss besides fungal. If it is patchy that does not sound like pattern baldness that men get but to a lesser degree on women. This depends on your family genetics, mostly from your mother’s side of the family. If alopecia areata then the treatment would be different, but PRFM with your own platelets may be helpful. https://www.aad.org/public/diseases/hair-and-scalp-problems/alopecia-areata
We also use Erbium in a very long pulse by Fotona to regenerate hair. A transplant without knowing the cause may not solve your problem. I hope this is helpful
